Depending on the flower variety and the complexity of the design, the preservation and crafting process typically takes 1 to 4 weeks. This ensures that every petal retains its vibrancy and structural integrity, resulting in a timeless keepsake made just for you.
🌹How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer worldwide shipping with Standard Shipping: Typically 8–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your local customs processing and regional postal services.
🌼Why does my jewellery look slightly different from the gallery photos?
Since we use real flowers harvested from nature, every botanical element is unique. Even when gathered from the same plant, each blossom has its own way of blooming, resulting in natural fluctuations in size and hue.
We strive for consistency across all our handcrafted batches; however, please embrace these subtle differences as a hallmark of authenticity. You aren't just buying a piece of jewellery—you're owning a preserved moment of nature that no one else has.
🌷What should I do if my piece arrives damaged?
We want you to love your floral jewellery. In the rare event that your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and time invested in every floral piece. Therefore, we do not offer automatic refunds or exchanges.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us with a valid reason and any supporting details. Please understand that as these are handmade botanical items, we can only consider returns for significant quality issues or errors on our part. We appreciate your understanding in respecting the artisanal nature of our studio.
🌺Why does my tracking say "Stuck at Customs: Reasons Unknown"?
Seeing a "Stuck at Customs" update can be unsettling, but it’s often just a part of the international shipping journey. This status usually indicates that the package is in a queue for routine inspection.
While we utilize a dedicated logistics service to handle global dispatch, we take full responsibility for following up on your behalf. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, please let us know. We will escalate the issue with our shipping agent to get a direct update from the courier. Your patience is greatly appreciated as your handcrafted treasures cross borders to reach you.
🪷What if I’m not happy with my piece—can I request a replacement?
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want every customer to be delighted. If your piece arrives and isn't what you expected, please contact us immediately.
To maintain the integrity of our studio, we generally do not offer replacements for items that are free of defects. As each flower is a unique work of nature, slight variations are expected. If the piece is structurally sound and matches the design you ordered, it is considered a final sale. We appreciate your understanding in supporting the slow-made, artisanal nature of our work.
🌷Can I expedite my order for a specific date or occasion?
If you need your piece by a certain deadline, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While our preservation process requires a set amount of time to ensure quality, we will do our absolute best to prioritize your order whenever our production schedule permits.
Please note that during high-volume seasons, we may be unable to accept expedited requests to ensure every piece receives the attention it deserves. While we strive to meet your timeline, please understand that we cannot strictly guarantee delivery dates due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping and artisanal crafting.
🪻Will I be charged customs duties or tariffs? [USA Only]
Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As a result, U.S. customers may be required to pay a baseline tariff upon the package's arrival in the United States. These fees are not collected by us and must be settled by the recipient to ensure successful delivery.
